Come as you are! We offer small group personal training sessions as well as one on one sessions. We have an open gym for you to use for your cardio and weightlifting needs. As well as a variety of group fitness classes.

Do you have exercise strength and cardio machines?

We have a variety of exercise machines that will hit every muscle group, along with treadmills, elliptical's, stair mill & rowers.

What are the hours of the gym?

The gym is open from 4am to 11pm 7 days a week, even on holidays.

Do you take insurance?

We take Silver Sneakers (covers SS classes and gym), Fitness Your Way (covers gym only), Active&Fit (Covers gym only) and Renew Active (Covers Silver Sneaker Classes & gym).

Are kids under 16 allowed in on their own?

They are allowed to workout with an adult.
